  1. What is MyHealth Village? MyHealth Village is a primary care clinic serving adolescents and adults (ages 12 and up). We provide preventive care, chronic disease management, telehealth services, and in-office procedures to help you stay healthy.

  3. What are your office hours? We are open: Monday & Tuesday 8 am-5 pm; Saturday 8 am-1 pm.
  4. How do I schedule an appointment?

  5. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?Please call us at 501-358-6522 at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Insurance & Payment

  1. What insurance do you accept?*
    We accept the following insurance plans:Medicare; Medicaid (AR); Aetna; Cigna; Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). * coverage varies by plan. To avoid unexpected costs, please contact your insurance provider to confirm if we are in-network for your specific plan. If we are out-of-network, you may be responsible for any remaining balance. All patients must sign a financial agreement acknowledging this. For questions, contact our office. 
  2. What if I don't have insurance?
    We offer a self-pay option with competitive rates. Our cash-pay primary care visit is $120 (plus any applicable fees).
  3. Do you accept HSA/FSA payments?
    Yes! We accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for eligible services.
  4. When is my co-pay due?
    Co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of service per your insurance policy.
